Clipper Sleep Easy Tea during pregnancy

Is Clipper Sleep Easy Tea safe to drink (1 cup in the evening) during pregnancy ... or is the valerian a no no?

I was wondering if I could take a valerian tablet as im really suffering with no sleep. You could switch to camomile tea if that works for you?

It's the taste that I love of this one, I am now 25 weeks and have not been having it but I am really missing it and the box is winking at me from the shelf!
