Hello this is my first pregnancy. I am 5 weeks pregnant and have just been to doctors to tell them I am pregnant. When should I hear from midwife?

You usually have a booking appointment around 10 weeks

It depends where you are, I saw my midwife at 8 (for booking in appointment) and 10 weeks (for bloods and anything else I wanted to discuss).

Best to call the GP surgery and ask, I also had to make my own appointments to see the midwife, which is not always the case as your Dr might have already done that.

Congrats x

I'm in Surrey. My doctor was filling in a form and was faxing it to midwife.
Just wondered as I have a blood condition and the doctor didn't know if I need to take Asprin throughout pregnany. He told me to ask at my midwife appointment.
