Hi all,

I'm 13w4d and have just had a good few days without morning sickness so i'm really hoping I've seen the back of that. However, the tiredness is showing no signs of disappearing and if anything, it's getting worse :(

I'm a bit worried as I'm a teacher so am hoping it stops sometime within the next week but am also open to the possibility that it's hit me a bit more because I'm on holiday and therefore am not following a set routine etc.

Does anyone have any advice? When does the tiredness end? Please say it's soon! I can't stay awake for more than 3 hours at a time at the moment!

I'm 34 weeks and still knackered, sorry :(

Mine disappeared at about 13- 14 weeks, and has just come back at 32 weeks. I'm a teacher too and working 4 weeks before starting mat leave so I've got to find a way of dragging myself out of bed before 10am- I'd def put some of it down to lack of routine.

Sorry to say, I'm 36 weeks, and like fluffy, it's not really gone away! Looking back though-between about 20-28 weeks I did feel a bit better, and personally anaemia has been a major factor in my fatigue. Hope it improves for you soon.

To cheer you up I am 16 weeks and feel bright and breezy! Tiredness left a couple of weeks ago.

InchyInchy · 27/08/2012 16:06

Sammy I'm so jealous, I'm also at 16 weeks and feel like I have no energy whatsoever!

SPG - I think everyone is different, hopefully you will be feeling back to normal soon.

Most of my tiredness was gone by 15 weeks.... hang in there... it all comes back at the end though Grin

headfairy · 27/08/2012 16:23

I'm still waiting for it to pass (dcs are 2.8 and 4.11) :o

16 weeks first time around for me and I felt great thru the rest of my pregnancy until the last few weeks. Am 11 weeks now and had forgotten just how bone tired the first trimester makes you. Really hoping mine lifts soon too! Good luck!

ZuleikaD · 27/08/2012 17:55

Are you sure you're not iron deficient? One of the symptoms is bone-crushing tiredness.

vespalover · 27/08/2012 18:28

16 weeks for me, disappeared as quickly as it arrived and am full of beans now!

omfgkillmenow · 27/08/2012 18:29

16 years on still tired

ZuleikaD · 27/08/2012 18:48

^^ lol.

motherinferior · 27/08/2012 18:49

That awful awful horrific exhaustion wore off at 16 weeks. Never felt spritely though. Am v bad at being pregnant.

PipIsOutNow · 27/08/2012 19:52

I'm nearly 18 weeks and completely wrecked!!! Still waiting for the burst of energy I can vaguely remember getting when pregnant with ds but no show. And still off all my food with nausea and acid reflux/heartburn. Lush!

I got the spatone natural iron pouches from boots. They are about £8 for 28 and you can take 2 a day while pg.

I am only 8-9 weeks and started taking them 10 days ago and I am def feeling a bit better the last few days.
