Maternity swimsuits

I went swimming yesterday and my normal swimsuit felt really tight and uncomfortable. I'm nearly 18 weeks and bump has been growing quite a lot so I really need to get a maternity swimsuit.

I tried on a few swimsuits & tankinis in Mothercare and Jojo Maman Bebe but they all had very thin straps and offered no boob support. I'm now a 32G (and they are still growing!) so I really need something with thick straps and preferably a bra shelf/ built in bra of some kind. Can anyone recommend a swimming costume that will offer support for well endowed ladies?! I'm not after anything pretty, just something that will keep me comfortable as I slowly do lengths in the local pool. I'm a size 12.

Hi, I'm the same size as you and am 18.5weeks also with DC3. Although I can't wear their bras or normal swimsuits, I've got a M&S one. Have been wearing it for a few weeks and really like it. It's a halterneck which I feel helps with the boob support as no underwires obviously and adjustable sides for growing bump. I got it in their swimwear sale a few weeks ago. Don't know if they still stock it but worth a look even if M&S isn't your thing usually...

I got a really great one from Topshop - again, halterneck, but it stays in position very well when I do lengths. Bought for holidays but still being used at 31 weeks!

I have a maternity one from Figleaves. It's one you can choose which cup size you like, so ideal if you have bigger boobs.
