Pregnant straight after miscarriage with no period inbetween?

I did a pregnancy test which was a clearblue digital & was 'pregnant 1-2', one week later I did another one & it was still 'pregnant 1-2' I kind of new things were not right & I miscarried at 4 weeks 4 days:(. We were told we could try again straight away as it was all natural so we did. I started to feel 'Pregnant' again & was thinking it was period symptoms but thought I would do a test just incase, it was another clearblue digital & it said Pregnant before the timer had gone of then 'Pregnant 2-3':)! Is this a new Pregnancy or old hormones, my hormone levels were at 25 when I was miscarrying so really low. I am preying it is but very nervous!!!!!

This happened to me- he's 3 and a half now!

Thank you Bintang:), I have been booked in for an early scan on Wednesday after a visit to my doctor tonight. It's a dating scan as I didn't have a period in between but I think I will be around 7 weeks on Wednesday. Really nervous about having it. He said if I am 6 weeks & under they may not be able to see anything & I will have to go back, I am praying everything is alright & as it should be!!!!! Xx

I went throigh the same. i lost my baby at 23 weeks was showing up positive for over 2months after even though i have 2d&cs. When i finally started getting negative tests in early June I concived mid june! Ment to be 13 weeks now but miscarried at 7weeks.

It's now been 6weeks and my hormone level is 17 so theydont no if its still going down or if its a new pregnancy the woman had a grin. Going back on tuesday to see whats happening. I think its the mc ending.

I really hope this turns out to be a healthy fullterm baby my fingers are crossed foe you x

Oh RileyLeeHargreaves2012 I am so sorry to hear that:(, must of been so very hard for you! Have you anymore news? You sound so determined:)! My scan went well but very early pregnancy as it showed that I conceived 5-6 weeks ago, tiny, tiny baby with heartbeat. Still I am very nervous though & don't think I will feel safe until I have our baby in my arms:). Taking each day as it comes, still having gripy pains in lower tummy but hoping that's normal. I will keep everything crossed for you, let me know what happens please & take care Xx

I do want to be pregnant but if im not i wont let it get me down. I know how you feel just try and enjoy your pregnancy :). Really hope you have a fullterm successful pregnancy x

I mc on the 6th of this month all my symptoms went away and now they r coming back all of the sudden im praying its a new pregnancy because my fiance and i didnt think we could even have kids due to his cf and this would make us both very happy if it is a new pregnancy but i dont want to get my hopes up for nothing :/ not sure what to do should i try a test now? Or would it be too early? I have to have blood work done this week because my dr is watching to make sure my levels go down

Just wanted to say hello and hope you're not getting too stressed. It is certainly a possibility. This happened to me 2 years ago (see my posts above!) and I'm now mum to a beautiful 20 month old boy. He was conceived almost immediately after a previous mc. I am now 22 weeks pregnant with DC2.
I was advised to take a test after mc to make sure it was negative, which it was. Two weeks later I had a definite strong positive so my fingers are crossed for you. I would wait for the results of the bloods before testing though as it's so easy to get worked up and stressed x

May I went for scan I was told I have blighted oven and need evacuation. I did the evacuation 3 days ago and I still feel the cramping. And just curious when to get pregnant again as soon as possible.

congrats! i bet you are pregnant. i miscarried at 5 weeks and had a negative a week later and another about 3 weeks out. at 3 weeks 2 days i got a possative test (no period inbetween) and had my hcg tested and im def. pregnant at 5 weeks! :)

I MC in October of this year and had a D&C and me and fiancé started having sex days later and I went back in 2wks to get on the depo shot but I had already sex and y’all kno but this month now I been having milk leaking out my breast he been throwing up I being feeling hot n nausea.,Could I have gotta pregnant then again or this normal and come Jan I suppose to get my shot again but she said I was suppose to have an period 4-6wks after my first shot but I haven’t seen nothing yet🤷‍♀️

Hi guys. Just asking if anyones had anything similar - bad or good endings.

We miscarried at 12 weeks 3 weeks ago - i had surgery and my bleeding stopped the next day (20th of December)

Me and my partner have been sexually active since the 27th (soon for some i know but going on to try again is the only thing seeming to get us through this)

I had a negative test 14 days after the miscarriage - Fast forward to last night and today i’ve had very faint positives, two at home and one at the doctors (i did one because i had what felt like implantation pain) - i have NO idea whats going on but the GP doctor has referred me back to EPAU.

They said one of two things, the negative was false and my HCGs are still coming down OR a very very very early new pregnancy.

I have a scan on friday to confirm whether there was anything left from the surgery still causing a positive (which is unlikely) and a blood test to see my HCGs.

Has anyone experienced this before? Surely its way way too soon to know if i’m pregnant again? And surely they would know if they left something behind and i would have had other symptoms like infection etc if this was the case? So a possible false negative and HCGs coming down i reckon?

Beyond confused and this glimmer of hope of a new pregnancy or the horror of something still being there from the miscarriage is going to feel like i’ve lost the baby twice if its a bad outcome.

I wish waited for my first cycle but i am so desperate for a baby and i can’t think of anything else.

Please no judgement just similar stories if any?

i wish i found this thread earlier as i was in full panic mode about whether to try again seeing as the doctors say to wait for the first period purely for dating purposes!
also worried if it would be successful as there is next to no information out there!

i’m unsure when my miscarriage actually took place, but i had it confirmed on the 09/02 where i should have been 6 weeks.
had a negative pregancy test on the 13/02 and then i decided to take ovulation tests, i was apparently ovulating on the 16/02 and i’ve just taken a pregnancy test today and i’ve got a positive!

I had miscarriage on 22nd August and I was waiting for my periods next month September on same the same date. I have been waiting for week after my missed period and then I checked and found in pregnant. Now how should I count my due date?

Hello ladies, I was diagnosed with a blighted ovum and my OB inserted 4 pills close to my cervix to induce a miscarriage on Sep 15, 2023. The miscarriage was complete. It is now Oct 12, 2023 and still no menstrual. My LH levels are at .94 and my HCG tests are still positive. Is this normal? When does my period start again? I always had normal menstruals,, and I am currently still trying to conceive. Maybe I just might be pregnant again. My hopes are up but I just might be psyching myself out again.
