Weird burning sensation in groin (sorry - not too gross, honestly!).

I am 24 weeks pregnant and for the past two weeks have had occasional really painful burning sensations on one side of my pantyline. It is really weird - like my knickers are too tight, but they're not. Midwife is very dismissive, so probably absolutely nothing, but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced anything like this?

I didn't get any answers to this, but in case anyone does stumble across the thread, I recommend going to the GP asap. Turns out it is SPD and gets worse quite quickly.

After reading your top post I was just about to say it sounds like SPD. Not a lot they can do about it though just physio and rest etc. as I'm sure you've found out. For anyoneone else reading this it's very painful (I have it now!) but not harmful to the baby.
