Prem labour symptoms

Im 30 plus 3. Had some bearing die. Pains about an hour apart and lower back pain. Before that I've felt rubbish and weak all day. No fluid or bleeding though and baby moving.
Going to call midwife if I get any more but what do you think?

Calling midwife is a good move. Like everything preg related it could be nothing but why worry if you can get help. Good luck
