5 weeks pregnant - is everything ok?

Please could I ask your advice? I am 5 weeks pregnant with my fourth child but it feels quite different from the rest. I feel very pregnant. I feel as if I'm seven months pregnant! I can't bend over because it feels as if I have a big baby there!!! I have aches and pains on both sides of the abdomen. I'm tired and sleep in the afternoons. It burns when I urinate. What's going on?

Really hope it turns out to be a massive waste of time and they confirm everything is where it should be, Anwen :)

... Thinking about it, the GP today was quite daft. I'm pretty sure she didn't even check my blood pressure. And she didn't ask me about shoulder pains.

Please go first thing. I ended up code blue in an ambulance. My DH had to wait at the side of the road as the ambulance pulled over to resuscitate me. I think shoulder pain more likely if it has ruptured though as it is affected by internal bleeding. Get ye to A@E.
