Quick query...if you took them, for how long through pregnancy did you take Folic acid/ulti vitamins?

Am currently using the Sanatagen 'mum to be' tablets.

Ive taken both above before one or the other in each pregnancy i only took them till i was gone 12 weeks (but extra vitamins as long as not vitamin a what harm can it do?) after that i only really took them if i felt really tired or sick to give me a bit of a boost!Smile my midwife also had me taking calcuim tablets and omega 3?!Confused

I'm also taking pregnancare and plan to take it right through x

I'm taking the Boots multivit - I was taking just folic acid but got quite anaemic so wanted something with iron. I'll carry on taking a multivitamin all the way through and throughout breastfeeding.

I took Pregnacare from 3 months before conception, throughout the pregnancy and plan to take it for a year after the birth.

I took prenatals for years because the mineral content was safer than other vitamins for me (I had a heart arrhthymia). I started taking 'nicer' prenatals when I found out I was pregnant and I'll keep taking them through breastfeeding.
