Bleeding at 7 weeks :-(

Just been to the loo and had red blood on wiping.
Is it worth ringing the midwife or is it a 'normal' thing?
I don't have any pains but have spent the morning dragging boxes of stuff up to the attic.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Either contact your GP or MW - I had some red bleeding around about then that turned out to be nothing, I'm 15 weeks pregnant now. But I also had some red bleeding in another pregnancy that unfortunately ended in a MC.

Definitely best to get it checked out and you are far enough along that your EPU will be able to do a scan, there is nothing more reassuring than seeing a heartbeat.

Fingers crossed it all works out! x

Thank you. I'll ring now.

Let me know how you get on and try not to worry too much (although that is far easier said than done!).

I also bled at 7 weeks, went for a scan and was assured everything is still ticking along nicely. Get it checked out.

Just to update. Midwife finally rang back and I have a scan booked for Friday am.
Bleeding still not heavy but still there, fingers firmly crossed.

Good, I'm really glad you got a scan and so soon.

Try and relax and keep yourself occupied until then.
