I was only about 2 weeks and took it once.
Can this harm the baby?

na, really, no it cant.
Placenta wont have kicked in yet. stuff wont pass from you to baby yet.
Living on yolk at 2 weeks.

I took ibrufen at about that time, all is well.

Dont worry, folk down all kinds of crap and still go on to have healthy babies.
