Short leg maternity jeans!?

It's got to the point where I can't fit into my normal jeans anymore and I hate being seen in leggings but everywhere I look for maternity jeans they only seem to do regular or long length and I'm 5' 2! Anyone know where I can get maternity in a short leg?

I'm 4ft 11" found some on ebay, they are still about 4-5" too long on me but so comfortable,

Next do maternity in a short leg, so does ASDA n Tesco x

I didn't manage to find any- bought some over bump jeans from asda and folded bottoms up!

I've got asos under the bump skinnies (not the super soft, the other ones) and they fit me in the leg. And according to my maternity notes I'm 5' 2" but I always thought I was shorter!!

KateSpade · 19/08/2012 20:17

I had the same problem, I had to get normal leg maternity jeans & shorten them Blush

DeathMetalMum · 19/08/2012 20:18

New look do them I think they have all of their styles in a 30in leg and maybe even 28in. Im 5ft'1 and they are a great length for me. Really cheap also :) .

I also have some regular length skinnies from topshop as I tend to wear them slightly higher during pg.

DeathMetalMum · 19/08/2012 20:20

Oh I found some in store last pg from New Look but there couldnt this time but they have plenty online.

LondonMidlandScotland · 19/08/2012 20:22

Actually, yes, I DID order some under bump short leg ones from new look but found that I couldn't be dealing with the digging in of under bump.

FreezingSnowman · 19/08/2012 20:24

If you are up for shortening them yourself there are some comfy over the bump skinny jeans in h&m. I am 5ft 3 and now I have shortened them they look really good. The jeans material of the ones I got was quite stretchy and they are very comfy. Good luck!

Gap ankle length over bump jeans - about 28-29 inch inside leg. Supremely comfortable.

ThreeWheelsGood · 19/08/2012 20:29

Try Mamas and Papas. I usually wear short leg jeans but I was regular length there (they have short, regular, long). I'm 5'4''.

MyNameIsSuz · 19/08/2012 20:29

I'm the same height, I got mine in Next and best of all, they were only £14!!!

happyhow · 19/08/2012 21:36

I'm 5'2" as well and am buying all my trousers from New Look. Their 28" leg is perfect. They don't have the short lengths in the stores I'm nearest to but you can get them online really easily. I got over bump jeans for £15.99 and they are mega comfy! If you spend £20 you can get them delivered free to the store or £45 to get free home delivery. Hope that helps. Smile

I looked at next but only found some in a short leg and they only went up to a 16, I'm normally an 18 so just been looking at new look. Had to get DP to dig the tape measure out and see how short my legs actually are :-( I've opted for a 28 inch leg, so hopefully they'll be ok!

When I was preg with DD they had maternity stuff in new look near me but have gotten rid of it and can't find maternity stuff anywhere else locally so guess it's all gotta be done online!

Thanks for your help guys x

Another one for new look... I got their 28" over the bump dark indigo boot cut jeans... Bought at 15 weeks ( probably didn't really need them but the bloat was a bugger back then!), I'm now 31 weeks and they're still going strong despite almost daily wear and frequent washing... £15 well spent!! Smile

I had the next maternity jeans in 16 petite and the sizing is very generous. At full term they were still a little loose. I normally wear an 18/20 depending on brand, so I would recommend that you try them on and see what you think.

milk · 20/08/2012 06:55

Gap :)

WantAnOrange · 20/08/2012 09:35

I found that the maternity trousers in H&M came up really short. I had to return them because they looked like they had divorced me ankles. I'm 5"3 Hmm.

TinkerMaloo · 20/08/2012 10:07

yeah new look... i thought they would be standard short, but they are really short! ended up in charity bag :/
