Having spent two third of my pregnancy with SPD pain, and the last third in agony, on crutches, and only able to walk even shuffling slowly on crutches the most pathetically short of distances... And obviously, sitting, lying... breathing really - agony...

I'm pleased to report, I've now given birth and the SPD's disappeared! Immediately and completely! I'm so happy and relieved I just can't stop going on about it - DH is bored of hearing 'I can't believe I can walk! It doesn't hurt one bit!!! I just cannot believe it!'

So I just thought I'd put it here so anybody in the midst of the misery at the moment can take heart. I was advised by my physio that as it was so bad it probably would at least take some time to go post-birth, if it was to go at all, so I was terrified I'd be like it for life... But nope! I'm FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

Really pleased for you Smile I remember that feeling after having my first! Giving birth and being able to walk to the shower afterwards was amazing!
Wish it had been that good after my second though Sad
Congratulations on the birth of your baby! Enjoy every minute.
