I'm only 5 + 4 but for past few days have had tender boobs and have had waves of nausea. I've also been very tired especially early evening. However last night I wasn't a bit tired, my boobs seem to have gone back to their normal size with no tenderness and I don't feel sick at all. Any one else had this with a positive outcome or should I resign myself to the inevitable?

It's normal!! Your symptoms will vary in strength the whole way through - some day's you'll feel like death, and some days you'll function relatively normally. Try not to stress :)

This happened to me then everthing came back with a vengeance! Ima sure you'll be fine. It's happened to friends too :) xxx

Thank you both, so nice to hear that. I just want to fast forward the next few weeks, I'm such a worry wart!

I'm 5 + 4 and when I first found out I felt nauseous, extremely tired, really sore boobs. Now I don't feel nauseous at all, my boobs are only slightly sore and I don't feel like I want to sleep all day. I do have cramping though, like a moderate period pain and have been constipated and bloated like I look like I'm 24 weeks not 5!
I just try and listen to my body, if I feel tired - I just go to bed and sleep it off.
I feel the same as you, I just want these next few weeks to go so I can have the scan!
Good luck xxx

Bleurgh, I feel rough still! Am 5+2, tired, feel nauseous, sore boobs, bloated belly...aaaargh!!

Also got 2DC to look after and it's raining - moan, moan, moan Grin

Good luck ladies!

I'm 6+6 weeks with dc2 and started with horrid morning sickness just 6 days ago. Have felt like death warmed up and with a 15 month old to look after as well, it's been difficult! Today I don't feel so sick and like you, am now worrying!!!! This seems like a no win situation!!! My dh just rolls his eyes at me as I'm either moaning I feel sick or worrying there might be something wrong!!! Roll on the 12 week scan!! Smile

No probs! Xx

My symptoms disappeared at around 9 weeks and I was so worried, not helped by the fact that I was leaving for America the next day for 2 weeks.

The symptoms did return and have been on and off ever since ( am now 16 weeks)

Want the symptoms to disappear for good now! Where is this blooming which I have heard of? Confused

edinfirst · 17/08/2012 14:36

Me too. I am 5+6 and could have written OP. Feeling much calmer knowing that lots of us are in the same boat. Will try to enjoy feeling 'normal' for a bit and not ruin it with worrying.

FX for us all Thanks

miarosemum · 17/08/2012 14:59

same no sickness here and am just six weeks...tiny bit of nausea and very bloated!! don't think we believe there really is a baby in there untill the scan

Crazytictac · 17/08/2012 15:37

Definitely seems this is not uncommon then ( nor the obsessing!). I do love MN! My boobs are slightly tender again now but probably due to the constant prodding they've been subjected to all day Blush.

Here's to us all having happy, healthy babies

Not uncommon at all! It is so scary though!

How all goes well for you! Xx

sundaesundae · 17/08/2012 17:27

I had a couple of better days around 9 weeks, now at 10+4 I am having lovely all day nausea, symptoms just fluctuate unfortunately, try not to read anything in to them.

I am hoping that I am in the worse before better stage!

I drove myself insane with all the symptom spotting and convinced myself a number of times I was going to mc and DH would find me in floods of tears. Having had 2 previous mc I was especially anxious but it is very common to worry about symptoms seemingly disappearing. I would often get symptoms disappearing for half a day to a day and then come back the next day so it is normal for that to happen and to worry about it. You will probably never fully relax but hopefully these posts will give you some comfort.
