ELSC with head engaged and low down

Booked in for ELCS in 4 days time. I saw a community midwife yesterday who (when I asked) said the head was engaged and quite low down already. I should have gone on to ask questions on how this affects the caesarean booked, but I wasn't on the ball and didn't. I've started to worry it will be difficult to get the baby out if it's already low down. Anyone any ideas? I feel very clueless.

I had an elcs with DD3 when she was engaged, there was just some extra tugging involved apparently!

She was my 3rd elcs and I didn't notice any difference.

Spoke to the midwife today. She was not in the vaguest bit concerned about the baby being engaged. So that's one thing to tick off my worry list!!
