How can I work out which size nursing bra I'll need?

I was a 32ff before pregnancy, should I just go for the same for my nursing bra?

I can't remember from my previous pregnancies and am gutted that I gave away my super comfy bra never to be seen again!

I can't get into town to be measured so ideally just want to order a couple online.

When are you due? I would wait until as close to your due date as possible, then get measured. I went up two cup sizes from pre-pregnancy size but the increase happened fairly late on, so if I'd got measured early I would have ended up with the wrong size. There's no way to know for sure what size you're going to be, unfortunately.

I recommend calling the nct shop. They gave me great help, person I spoke to knew their stuff

I got measured at about 34 weeks if I remember. I needed to be measured again at about two-three months after dc was born as it was obvious there was a big change.

You should be able to measure yourself (i have tried before but always managed to get it wrong) but bear in mind the your ribcage can sometimes expand during pg so I would wait as long as possible.

I just picked up a couple of cheap ones from mothercare for the first few weeks and then went and got properly measured for decent nursing bras from bravissimo a few weeks later once my milk had come in, my size had settled down a bit and I knew I would def be breastfeeding. For my cheap ones, I bought the same size as my maternity bras but up one cup size to allow for some expansion once my milk came in.

Call Bravissimo, they fit over the phone and you can return any that aren't right for you.
