I know exactly what has caused this and I'm absolutely kicking myself... a tight-fitting bra :(
My comfy bra is in the wash so yesterday I wore my most recently purchased soft-cup bra which I realised by the end of the day I have already grown out of as my boobs were spilling out a little and it was really tight around my ribs.
So first thing this morning I went to buy a new one but stupidly for some reason kept the small one on for the rest of the day. Stupid!!!
This evening I noticed one of my nipples was feeling a bit sore and I noticed a little white pimple, similar to a milk spot I had last year when bfing my dd.
Do I need to go and see my midwife about it? Anything else I can do? Anyone else had this before in pregnancy? I should say that I stopped bfing dd 5 months ago.
Needless to say I have changed into my new bra but feeling very daft for having caused this myself :(
