Small vent on morning sickness on honeymoon.

We're on our honeymoon, it's 38C + outside, I have all day sickness (actual vomiting and nausea), a cold from the aircon, an ear infection and a smashing husband who is despairing at how un-me I am being. I'm 9 weeks along and doing my best but rather than sitting in the sun in my bikini, I would rather be sat in the (cold) bathroom floor of our hotel room sipping water and eating pretzel sticks.

Small vent over.

You poor thing. Have my complete sympathy I'm 9 weeks too and hating all day sickness, absolutely dire.

I am so sorry. I hope you are near the last of it, 9 weeks was the worst week for me, it peaks around then in a lot of people.

Sadly I am nearly 20 weeks now and still feeling like crap, but that is unusual!

Try to rest and do what you need to do, I'm glad DH is being supportive x

How awful :(
I was on my first holiday to the caribbean with my husband from 8-10 weeks and I felt like crap too. Bad timining!
Maybe you can have a small staycation when you get back and feeling better?

You lovely people Thanks. DH and I have a scale - I'm roughly a 6/10 now and anything more than 7.5 needs delicate handling. We married a week and a half ago with only parents and a bridesmaid and bestman knowing - sneaky vomiting during photographs was a trial! This is our first and we're reserving excitement until first scan on 5th September - trying not to make any attachment yet just in case - sensible or daft?
