Once I had my BFP I swtched to Sanatogen preg vitamins, not sure if that was right though.

Yes, switch to pregnancy vitamins as they have the correct formulation. I'm taking Pregnacare combined vitamins and omega oils.

Hi
After problems conceiving and mc's I have a currently (hopefully) successful- (39 weeks now) pregnancy!
I took both vit d and b100 to get here. So fingers crossed for you.
I think the b100 was what did it for me and I was v scared of reducing. Normal pregnancy vitamins have comparatively low doses of b complex in them.
I don't want to tell you what to do but what I did was change to b50. As you probably know high doses of b vits are meant to help sustain progesterone levels - which can be one cause of mc.
I was v nervous of stopping but also of continuing. I am still on b50 once a day now as well as pregnacare. I have mentioned it to all dr's consultants etc and they have no problem with it. My gp and one consultant at uch even started looking up research on the positive effects of bcomplex as both were a bit amazed with my record I was doing ok.
I have had difficulty finding all the research I referenced but this google site was invaluable - here is what it says about b6 which is one of the key b vits in b complex which I think helped me.

Good luck- speak to a dr if you can. I totally understand your dilemma - been there. I still worry I am doing the right thing!
X

Speak to your midwife when you book in, she will be able to advise you on the safest course of action :)

Agree. But might be worth trying to speak at least to your GP soon as any of my booking appointments have not been until about 8 weeks.

On 2 scores really - firstly mine was great i think she was the one who told me to lower dose as she gave me some indication of a dose of bcomplex perscribed to women with severe morning sickness- so she said as long as i was under that she at least knew it was ok. Not that she knew higher was bad. She knew nothing specifically about miscarriage but then neither did mw but she at least tried to look into bits for me.
Secondly is after 3 mc you probably have been referred to the re current miscarriage clinic already but if not even if this positive only lasts a short while getting it on your notes could help you get a referral quicker. I had a range of early and later mc's with long no bfp gaps in between.

My were caused by egg quality and hormone imbalance. Yours could be caused by something completely different.
Good luck again-I know I'm getting a bit into this but I am sat around on maternity leave a bit bored tbh.
Thinking of you it's all v scary- I know.

Thank u ladies . Ironically we were meant to be waiting! I was referred to rmc and had my appt on wednesday. Following loads of tests they basically found no reason as to why I've had 3 mc so got told to try again ASAP! I was using cb ov monitor but dh and I dtd without protection and the day after I got a smiley face. I thought I'd be fine ... It seems it did catch so was a godsend rmc specialist told us we could try again as I was technically already pg then Wink

Think I will drop to b50 as u suggest and I have dr appt tomorrow as rmc spec advised a progesterone pessary once z day from bfp to 30 weeks ! Sobi need to get that I will ask gp then about the vits
Thanks again x
