Hya just wondering if anyone has experienced braxton hicks as early as 24 weeks and if so is it normal? I started having them last week but been having them more often ow. I never had them this early in my last pregnancy they started at around 36 weeks and now got myself a bit worried x

Yes I did. Strongish and frequent from then onwards. DS now 5 weeks old (fab labour - I like to think the BH contributed!).

Yup me too. Never occured to me it was BH until it happened during an antenatal apt. Thought the baby was "stretching" in there. Bless.

Yes - had them from about 19 with DC2 but if they are getting more frequent you should get your urine checked to make sure something like a UTI or thrush not to blame.

yep I didn't have any with first pregnancy, and then really freaked out when they started very early with second - reckon was some time in the 2nd trimester. I used to notice they were linked with me over doing it and not drinking enough, at that early stage. Now I'm in 3rd pregnancy, and thought I felt them the other day (8 weeks!) but I think it was just the old windy belly...!

Mine started around 19 weeks this time around. Apparantly a full bladder can exacerbate (sp?) them but makes no difference for me tbh.
