Hiccups

Just wondering how often your bump contents gets hiccups, how long they last and if it happens at a regular time/times each day?! I'm 29 weeks and mine seems to have a bout once or twice a day lasting about 3 to 5 mins.

DS got hiccups up to 5 times a day when I was pg, and he still gets them every day now (he's 6mo)

Yeah, my LO seems to get them 2 or 3 times a day lastinf a few mins each. Someone told me hiccups are good for them, not sure if thats true or not tho.

Currently 36+4wks, bump seems to have hiccups several times a day and it can get quite uncomfortable! Having the feeling that your pelvis, spine or taint has the hiccups is indescribable really!

I'm 30 weeks and baby gets hiccups several times a day often after I eat or drink. DS used to as well and while pregnant with him I read it was baby practicing breathing but it's a symptom of silent reflux which he suffered badly with when he was small so if it continues once baby is born it might be worth bearing that in mind

You can feel it in some pregnancies but not in others. It depends on the baby, position/placenta etc. And even then it doesn't have to be daily but just a couple of times.

My DD used to get hiccups every evening for quite a few minutes (I never timed tbh) and occassionally other times too. I uses to wait for them to start. She still gets hiccups quite often, which she finds really funny now she's 2yo!! :)

DC1 was incredibly hiccupy, all the flipping time it seemed. Kept me awake!!

I'm 34 weeks and have only felt hiccups once for about 4 minutes! That's ok though right?! He is more of a breakdancer.
