Any experiences of reflexology during pregnancy? (After 12 weeks)

I really enjoy reflexology treatments but obv haven't had any since discovering I was pg! Now I'm either 12 or 15 weeks pg so if it's safe I'd like to resume reflexology sessions.

There seems to be conflicting opinions on whether reflexology is a good idea in pregnancy or not! Confused

Anyone got any words of wisdom?

I was offered reflexology right the way through my pregnancy by my physio as part of my treatment for SPD, I cant see that they would have offered it if not recommended. So I'm sure as long as they are aware your pregnant it should be fine?

you can safely have it throughout so long as the reflexologist practices maternity reflexology.
