Lower back extremely sore

I'm 27+6 and for the pat week or so my back has been getting so so sore .

If I'm sitting or lying down when I get up my lower back can barely support me at first and I end up kind of limping around for a bit til it eases off , then if I'm moving around for a bit without taking a seat it will start to get sore again .

The pain is in the area just above my bottom , going right across the lowest point of my back .

Is this just the carrying extra weight or something else ?

I get back pain now (29+5) but not in that specific area. I'd make an appointment to see your GP.

I'm 28+ 2 and am in agony with my back. Mine is particularly bad up the right hand side. I'm in constant pain, proper Pain not just an ache. Have seen Physio etc. think in my case it's because of dodgy pelvic floor and tummy muscles (this is no3) not helping support my massive bump.

Have you seen a Physio? You should be able self refer via your maternity unit
