Showing up positive 3 1/2 weeks after miscarriage (HCG returned to 0)? Is this real - terrified it'll go wrong again!

As title says I have shown up pregnant 3 weeks after MC at 6 weeks. Blood tests confirmed that HCG returned to 0 immediately. Is this real - have others experienced it?
Why am I showing up so soon - not even full cycle yet!
Want to feel excited but a bit too scared!

sorry that was supposed to say 3 1/2 weeks after mc and it was using a EFR test. Line very faint, but was definately a pink line.

Ive replied on other thread but I have heard of people getting pg again immediately after a mc. Some people say that you are super fertile after one (but I don't know if that's true or not).

I was given a handout from the miscarriage association when my mc was confirmed and it says that a recent study has shown that people who get pg again within 6 months of a mc are less likely to have another mc.

Thanks Woody, I'm new to MN and posted this before seeing other thread. It's nice to be able to talk to people in similar situations, especailly as we've not mentioned any of this to anyone in RL.
