Hi I'm pregnant with my second baby (9 weeks) my DD was 10LB 10oz ! my second child is with a new partner who have a family history of big babies also(DH was 10IB 5oz). When I had my daughter she had shoulder dystocia this is where the head comes out and the shoulders get stuck..... Thankfully she came out in the end but had to be taken to special care. Because of this my midwife is saying if the baby DD or bigger (god help me) then they will advise a cesarean. Anyone else had a big babies ?? any advice ?
