12 week check and scan, where can I get one privately?

I'm working in Central Asia, coming back to the UK in mid April and will be 12-14 weeks by then. I'll have limited time (in the country for a week) but want to have whatever check ups you're supposed to have at 12 weeks, blood tests etc, plus an ultrasound to check everything's OK. Can anyone recommend a good place to do this, preferably in London? Where they have nice doctors, good equipment etc. I don't think I'll be able to get an NHS check at such short notice..
