Numb patch on bump?

Should I be worried? It's just above belly button. Just given tummy a bit of a tap, telling baby to come along (40+) and realised it just feels a bit numb. Odd...

My bump is completely numb under my bust. Midwife told me its normal due to stretching etc.

Still feels odd though...
