Aching Tummy at 4 weeks

I got BFP on Thursday. So I guess I am about 4 weeks (second pregnancy)

I am really bloated and have a really achy tummy on and off, mainly in the upper abdomen (above my belly button), with occasional normal cramping.

I don't remember being this uncomfortable with DD (2.8).

Any ideas? Is it just that my trousers are rapidly becoming too tight?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

That's too high to be anything to do with the pregnancy - it sounds like indigestion of some description - I really wouldn't worry :)

Nothing to do with the baby maybe, but could totally be to do with the pregnancy -- is it a kind of gnawing stomach pain? I've had a feeling like that since getting pg, and am just about managing to keep it at bay with regular feeding..

OP my IVs flared up like this really badly week 4 (before I knew) to week 8! Now 10 weeks & nausea/tummy pain easing. Think it's a unfortunate side effect of the hormones - peppermint or ginger tea helped me, with gentle walking

That should be IBS - bloody iPhone!
