At how many weeks do you worry about less movement

Baby started making significant movements - flipping over type movements - at 19 weeks. Now 21 weeks and movement varies day to day. Am sure this is normal but remind me what stage you start monitoring and worrying about not much movement.

Think its around 28 weeks but if there is a significant change I'd call MW. Having said that I had exactly this at 21ish weeks, lots of movement one day then none the next, MW said it was baby hanging position and not feeling movements if they are facing inwards (iykwim)

Im starting to take real notice of movements now and I'm 29 weeks, but like you, previous to this I would feel a lot one day and not to much the next. Now baby has less room to move about I'm feeling her nudges more and can be certain when she's moving and its not something else like wind of digestion. I agree wit sparklekitty though, if you feel uneasy, your midwife is just a phone call away and they can help reassure you :) xx

28 weeks onwards, before that they can hide. But always get checked if worried.

Thanks ladies. Not worries yet and biggest movements usually as I lie down to go to sleep. Off to bed now so will see what happens.

I'm 25wks today & have been trying to keep track of movements too - I think it was very variable until the last wk or so but have started to notice a vague pattern, although only very, very vague. If I don't feel much movement, I have a cold drink, sit down for a while, prod my tummy and/or try to get baby to shift position by getting on all fours, so my bump hangs down iyswim. Not very dignified Blush but it usually led to some movement and a bit of reassurance!! :)

I should search my own name on mn for when i was pg with dd. I probably worried about same things then. Some movement today.
