Conjunctivitis during pregnancy????

Hi all,

I am 33 wk pregnant, and this morning i found out that i am having conjunctivitis. it is pain full, but i know there are limited medicines that we can use during pregnant. Anyone suffer like me? any treatment for that??????????????

Ask you GP. I had eye drops at 37 weeks because the thought of labouring with a painful eye was awful, he agreed.

i contacted our out of hour service gp this morning, she ask me to wash my eyes with light warm water.... that's it, but it is still painful.....

I had it at around 17 weeks, GP said eye drops were fine to use during pregnancy.
