I would Google how Malaysian midwives do it - they rub coconut oil and herbs onto the mother's belly, and they use a stretchy, breathable wide wrap of cotton to wrap around the torso.

I do know if needs to be stretchy and give a lot, and completely not like any kind of control wear or spandex or anything. And coconut oil - if you take anything away from this post, believe me when I say coconut oil is the elixir of the gods Grin It is AMAZING stuff and can be used for all sorts of internal and external uses.

I am useless but bumping this for you as I'm interested too! I have had a bit of a search on google but would be interested to hear first hand experiences if anyone has any?

The belly bandit seems to be popular with US bloggers so I'm going to look at it.
