Are period-like pains and Braxton Hicks related? Am 36+3 and have been getting low cramps occasionally since Monday. Just wondering if it could be BH?

Ooo, me too! I think BH can feel a bit like period type cramps sometimes, thats what I've been telling myself. I'm only 32 weeks so hoping they are BH and not contractions (I'm sure they're not)
