The orange stuff round it is some kinda wax, not mould right?

It's def not mould and it's a pasturised cheese so I would say go for it.

I ate a whole wedge of it last week. I have another in my fridge. I'm going to eat that too. Cheddar suddenly seems too cheesy for my crazy pregnant tastebuds, but PS is perfect..

I think that orange stuff is a 'man made' rind, not mould or anything do totes fine!
