pale pink discharge - 26 weeks pregnant

Last night and this morning I noticed some pale pink discharge after I had been to the toilet. Also, this morning after I had been to the toilet there were a couple of spots of mucousy blood. I am 26 weeks pregnant.

Is this anything to worry about, and if so who should I call? The GP, the community midwives or triage?

Thanks

Start with midwives.

Does the hospital have an outpatients section within maternity? You could phone them. If not just phone wherever you have your routine appointments. Eg my first pregnancy I went to community midwives, this time I have all appointments at hospital.

Hope that makes sense.

You could try the antenatal day unit/drop in if there is one at your hospital - I also had spotting at 26 weeks (with complete placenta previa so had to be kept in overnight) and this is where I was directed to. Hope you get through to someone and all is okay.
