Just got a positive result with Clear Blue digital

Hi girls!

Sorry to start what seems such a silly thread. Had a missed period last week and did a test earlier with the clear blue digital and got 'Pregnant 3+ weeks'. I know this sounds so silly, but these don't give false results do they? I'm really happy but am in shock as haven't been trying long! Have had tender nipples and boobs a tiny bit sore, but not many symptoms apart from that. Am so happy, still in shock!

I think if you've missed a period and getting a 3+ weeks then yes, you're definitely pregnant. Congratulations!

Oh my goooooddneeess! I'm in such shock. Now the worry starts! I was drinking on holiday a couple of weeks ago and didn't know (blush). You girls will have to teach me the lingo on here!

Thank you hun. Sorry meant to say, I know it sounded a silly question....Was only because I'd had only 2 'regular' periods since coming off pill and then didn't get one last week when I Thought I might. So thought my body might just still be adjusting etc....But I guess not!
I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight!

Congratulations!! I had a similar experience to you, my and hubby had been trying for a total of three weeks when BAM - positive results. Couldn't be happier as doctors told me I'd never have kids. Just shows what doctors know, eh??

Phoenixrose congratulations! That is wonderful news, really happy for you. I couldn't sleep at all last night, so many things going on in my mind. Such a strange feeling, I'm glad I can look on here for some answers also!

Yeah I haven't slept properly in three weeks, since I found out. I don't know if it gets easier.
