so I feel I'm over eating now prob due to boredom ! Also sluggish and tired not walking or moving much at all! Today I've had : bacon sandwich at breakfast, jam sandwich , 2 packs of mini cheddars and a bannana for lunch, half a cheese sandwich and a banana at 3 pm then jus had bangers and mash for dinner consisting of 2 sausages ! I dnt drink tea or cofee makes me too hot now so his drink sugar free squash throughout the day or diet fizzy water ?

Does this sound like way too much? This is a bad day for me I usually have cereal for breakfast but fancied a bacon sw this am! Oooooos and had take away on saTirday!!

It doesn't sound like that much to me quantity-wise (I'm only 20 weeks and eat a LOT of food even when not preg) but I would be rather constipated eating that much bread and meat... I need my roughage and eat loads of veg, which thankfully I like.

I agree with mince, whatever helps by that stage!

I've been eating loads the last couple of weeks (now 40+5) and certainly tons in the last couple of days. In my case, I think its because of now having period-like pains. I noticed last year when I was losing weight that I tended to eat more on my period because I felt 'hungry' and tried to comfort eat through them.

I'm torn between trying to reason with myself "This is not hunger, you can't eat this pain away, you'll end up messing up all your hard work to keep your weight gain in pregnancy down." To thinking, "Stuff it, who cares, at most you'll be pregnant for another week and a bit". I've yet to come to a conclusion! Though I guess even if I let myself pig out this last week or so, I have to be careful not to keep up the habit through any after pains...

Me too wolf ! That's whats worrying me ! What makes it worse is we have no food in the house now and I'm starving which probably will mean a binge buy and stuff all day ! and Mcdonalds up the road this baby needs to get out so I can walk skip and jump again !

I agree with Ivana - it's not a lot of food per say, but it's a bit "beige" - there can't be much nutrition in a jam sandwich, and the sugar will just make you crash. Can you replace some of it with fruit and veg?

Cheekychops84 · 31/07/2012 12:13

Hi fluffy how r u doing ? How far along r u now? Yes it was beige lol had veg with my dinner lol
