God, I'm so bad at pregnancy! Now I think I'm becoming incontinent! Just had a sudden wee because sneezed, which has happened a few times before during this pregnancy, but what's worrying me more is that I'm convinced that the last week or so that I'm weeing a bit all the time without noticing. I feel like every time I go to the loo I can smell a sort of stale wee smell (tmi, sorry!) and it's really worrying me. I remember a few years ago noticing my mum had become incontinent because I could SMELL it when I went into her house! I'm now really paranoid that might happen to me too and I'm going to smell or stale wee!

I've asked DH if he can smell it and he says no, and promises he'd tell me if he did... But my question is, if you've had this in late pregnancy (I'm 39 weeks) has it disappeared after you've given birth, or can I only expect it to get worse?!!! :(

I also have SPD and am getting quite down at the idea of being a mummy who can't walk and wets herself! :(

I've had this the last week or so. I thinks it's how the baby is lying too.
I also have SPD bit had it in last pregnancy and disappeared almost instantly. Don't know about you but am so fed up. I can't get comfortable at all. I literally just had a temper tantrum!

Good luck and I'm sure you won't be a smelly wee mummy!

Oh thanks so much swift, that message actually bought a tear to my eye - I am absolutely and definitely fed up too! And yes to tantrums too - e.g. yesterday when DH dared to try and ask me a question when I was trying to painfully maneuver myself from one uncomfortable position to another probably not any less comfortable position! 'Can't you see I'm trying to move?!!! I'm in PAIN! Just WAIT!!!!!!' Poor guy didn't see that coming!

Thanks for SPD tip too - I'm praying that's the case for me too; I'm getting so angry upset sitting inside in pain when it's so sunny and lovely outside and it terrifies me the prospect of staying like this! I'm actually craving the gym I miss being able to physically able to do anything so much!

How far along are you?
