Have been having terrible morning sickness this past few days and each day I've been trying to eat different things to see if anything doesn't make me want to hurl so this morning it was Alpen and 45 minutes later I'm still feeling pretty good :-) even though normally I can't stand raisins!!

Alpen is my new best friend :-)

Alpen is lush!

I hope your sickness subsides soon, it's rotten isn't it?

Yay for Alpen!! :) I have the Weetabix minis with raisins in, that's really good too I don't usually feel sick again for four hours or so... it's the rest of the day that's a struggle!!! My diet has totally gone out the window, all I want to eat is bread and pasta!!

Unreal, yesterday I had my fave breakfast of all time- Heinz spaghetti hoops on toast and I won't be having that again until after I have the baby :-( it let me know within seconds it didn't like the stuff :-(

Another with the love for Alpen, though I prefer the sugar free one as I find it too sugary. Though I love to add craisins (dried cranberries - Nom!)

Oh I remember the day that Alpen saved my sickness! It was the best feeling! It was the first time I'd been able to think about milk for a while too! I'm now onto sultana bran...

I lived on cereal for a lot of the first trimester! I had cereal bars (nature valley ones) for breakfast and I reckon they really helped ward off morning nausea.
