I actually got a couple of decent pairs from New Look. Not too expensive. I lived in them while i was pregnant - really comfy!

H&M.

But seriously - in this heat?!

BobbysBeardOfWonder · 26/07/2012 10:24

Try Seraphine

2blessed · 26/07/2012 10:50

Thanks ladies.
Doodler I've not seen any over-the-bump skinnies in New Look but will def look again
Leafy Before pregnancy I lived in skinny jeans, definitely my go to clothing and this weather will not be here forever...

I got some recently from Gap and find they look good but do need the odd tug to keep them up. I had previously bought some from Seraphine but I'm finding they're not keeping their shape that well and are all wrinkly and baggy already. Maybe I just bought the wrong kind.

goodsenseofdirection · 26/07/2012 11:59

Try asos - i have some great under the bump ones but i think they do over the bump too. Everyone seems to think they're my normal jeans i'm still fitting into - definitely not the case at 28wks!

WeeJo08 · 26/07/2012 13:03

I like the Leigh skinny jeans from Topshop maternity - they're over the bump and super comfy. They also come in a few lengths and colours as well.

PrimaBallerina · 26/07/2012 13:35

H&M for me too. I also love my Topshop Leigh's but I wouldn't call them over the bump - it's more a wide soft waistband that sits on the bump and definitely underneath once you get big.

PrimaBallerina · 26/07/2012 13:37

Or maybe weejo is a lot shorter than me Grin

WeeJo08 · 26/07/2012 13:50

Entirely possible that I am much shorter than you, Prima! I am shorter than most people! Also, this is my first baby so haven't had experience of wearing them in later pregnancy (am 20 weeks) so they may well sit lower than other "over the bump" styles!

Try mamalicious.com/null/mm-jeans-collection,en_GB,sc.html

Doodler79 · 26/07/2012 15:39

oh, sorry the ones I got from New Look were under the bump - I found that style more comfortable for me. Hope you find some.

Doodler79 · 26/07/2012 15:41

didn't read your post properly - apologies - i blame a very 'lively' 5mth old, who kept me awake for most of last night!

Harbot · 26/07/2012 16:27

I bought some really nice over the bump ones from Boden. They have a sale on at the moment too. I think I might even like them more than my normal jeans!

kalidasa · 26/07/2012 16:46

I have Seraphine ones too which I'm pleased with. Only had them for about a month though.

Avalicious1980 · 26/07/2012 17:04

New Look but buy at least two sizes below your regular size. I'm 37+5 and mine are a size 8, I usually war a size 12h!!

EmptyCrispPackets · 26/07/2012 17:09

Definitely h&m I've lived in mine since I had a bump at conception

I had some under bump new look and next ones but they rubbed, and my c section scar became sore.

I also bought some lovely think maxi dresses from h&m last week, £12.99 each I think. I M loving them at the moment and when it cools down will wear with denim waistcoat or jacket.

rogersmellyonthetelly · 26/07/2012 19:38

I've got over the bump jeggings from mamas and papas. They do go baggy towards the end of the day though, but even my salsa ones did that

backwardpossom · 26/07/2012 21:55

Next had some in the sale I think?

backwardpossom · 26/07/2012 21:56

Ah sorry, just double checked and they're under the bump ones.

backwardpossom · 26/07/2012 22:05

Dorothy Perkins?

Bearhugs43 · 26/07/2012 22:16

Mine are Boden - a real treat for me in the sale - but I have lived in them for weeks (when it's not blisteringly hot!)

They have button elastic in waist as well as the bump panel which means you can adjust them perfectly. HTH

abigboydidit · 26/07/2012 22:48

I got a lovely pair in mothercare. Really comfy too!

abigboydidit · 26/07/2012 22:49

here

Sticklebricks · 26/07/2012 23:40

I had one pair from top shop, which were great but didn't stretch much; one pair from Zara where the elastane just went after a while and they bagged at the knee and the bum; and one from h&m which were the best.
