30 weeks, big baby, breach!??!

So...went to the midwife today. She said the little man is breach and as he is a bit big he would have to have turned by 36 weeks....how likely is this? Anyone else had similar experience?

I'm in the same situation so will keep an eye on this- I am 32 weeks but measuring 35. Baby is making big turns now so I am really hoping he/she goes head down

What does the turning feel like? I'm 30 and measuring 32. Good luck!!

Baby moves from right side to the middle and then to the left side- that is when I think we get close to head down, then back to the middle- my poor ribs ache so much! Feels like a big squirmy feeling, baby moves slowly now and I quite enjoy the movement- it is a Little like being on a pirate ship!

mine is very active but he doesn't seem too interested in turning the other way! Kicking me in the bladder is much more fun for him hehe!!!

My second baby was breach. He turned at 37 weeks, the day before my scan / appt at which they would have booked a CS. He was 9lb.

You have plenty of time for him turn, so try not to worry.

Also, just because he's ahead of the growth curve at 30 weeks doesn't mean he won't slow down a little by a few weeks time.
