PANIC reassurance please

OK so i'm at work and there is a guy spraying herbicide in the field outside (Headland Relay-P) he didn't tell us he was there and as I went to the window I got a good whiff of it. I looked up online and it says harmful by inhalation.

I don't think I inhaled it but I definitely got a smell of it. Not sure if I should be worried now. I phoned the doctor and they are gonna call me back. The guy spraying it is not wearing a face mask but then he is not pregnant.

I have my 20 week scan tomorrow and I am absolutely shitting myself after a MMC last year I really don't need this kind of worry.

The guy is not even wearing a mask: so how toxic can it be? You can't know which herbicide it is I guess? If it were a dangeruos product he would have to wear protection.

You are not out there spraying the field - you are several metres away and just smelled a bit of it. It probably has a strong smell. The doctor will be reassuring. There is nothing to worry about. The scan tmw will prove it I'm sure. Good luck!

I hope it is OK. He was spraying right outside the window at one point but it is raised up so is quite high off the ground and where he was, Think I got a bit of back spray smell.

Why is everything such a worry when you are up duff?

Just spoke to Doc who said that she would not worry unduly. At 20 weeks the baby is formed it just needs to gain weight and you would need a good build up of stuff in your lungs not just a passing whiff. The warnings are really for people who do it day in and day out. She didn't seem concerned which is reassuring.
