Overdue and everyone's interested- aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!

Help! What to do? I'm going mad with nothing to do(i have cleaned EVERYTHING), and the amount of people who 'happen' to drop in/phone/text you to 'see how you are' is unbelievable! Am I having their baby or my own? How can i justify being angry at people who bring me chocolate? Am i just selfish?

ohhh, haven't you had that baby yet??

My FIL was really offended when dh explained to him that constantly asking if there was any news when I was about 38 weeks (and I went to 41+6!) was stressing me out a bit. Dh pointed out that we would tell them as soon as there was anything to tell.

Don't know what to do about it, other than screen your calls using a message that says 'No, we're not at hospital and the baby isn't here yet!'
