Recommendations for a fantastic pregnancy pedicure in London?

I can no longer see my feet directly, but they're looking in need of some attention in the mirror!

Do any ladies out there have any suggestions for a fantastic pedicure in London? One that can do a good job on heels and incorporates a foot and lower leg massage.

Feel like indulging myself at this late stage so price is no object...

It's a big town :) Whereabouts would you prefer ?
I keep seeing rave reviews in the Sunday papers for the pedicures at the Fortnum and Mason beauty salon, Elemis off Bond St is fabulous but v pricey, there's the Sanctuary in Covent Garden too. Central London is pretty hot and sticky at the moment though - I would find the most luxurious place within walking distance personally rather than get on a tube.
I would stick with pale colours btw or have a fabulous buff and polish and then stick your toes in the sunshine - the midwives stripped off my nail varnish before my EMCS (badly) it looked terrible and took weeks before I had the time to sort it out.
