Can anyone recommend a decent workout DVD?

I am 18 weeks pregnant and spent my first trimester eating Wispa Gold bars, so am starting to feel a bit blobby. I would like something to help keep me active and work on my non-pregnant areas (arms, legs, bum etc).

I've never done a workout DVD before but am quite fit from running around after a 2 yr old and plenty of walking. I will obviously take it very easy.

I am not a great fan of yoga (did prenatal yoga when pregnant with DS1)

Thank you!

Erin O'Brien prenatal exercise DVD. Awesome. Actually a real workout (rather than so many of the others which think that raising your arms above your head constitutes exercise...) - makes you sweat and gets results. American but not too cheesy (and her husband - Mike from Desperate Housewives - makes an appearance too if you're into him :) ).

Also there's the 10 minute prenatal Pilates DVD. Much better than yoga (the prenatal yoga I did ended the workout with TWENTY MINUTES of lying still. Hmmm).

Another vote for the Erin O'Brien DVD! Really great, gets you moving and I find her nice & normal :) You actually feel that you have done something after her workout - here's a link:

Great - thanks! Will give it a go.

The yoga class I went to involved a lot of chanting! Makes me blush just thinking about it.
