All day sickness but work environment means I can only eat at 3 times in 13 hours.

Anybody else have all day sickness but can't actually eat little and often? I am only allowed to drink water when I'm at work and then have 3 breaks during the day of 20 minutes each. This weekend I have been at home and just lay on the sofa all day feeling extremely nauseous but helpful hubby has waited on me and 19 month DS hand and foot, he will be back at work tomorrow. I didn't get this with my DS, I got nausea but it came and went at points in the day, usually because of hunger. This time I feel sick the moment I wake up in the morning all the way until I go to bed, food doesn't have an effect on it, in fact I sometimes feel worse after eating. Will the GP give me anti-sickness meds if I am not actually being sick? I didn't want to tell work this soon (6 weeks) but I might have to as there are times I can't leave to rush to the loo!

Get your risk assessment done and make sure they include extra breaks when needed

Agree with blackout about risk assessment, although appreciate you might have wanted to wait to tell them. I graze all day so that wouldn't suit me when not pg so imagine its tricky. What do they with people who have diabetes for example and need to eat etc. they need to sort out extra snack breaks for you :)
