7.5 weeks with twins. Upset stomach since yesterday morning. Should I be worried?

I've been to the toilet about 4 or 5 times yesterday, my sickness has been worse but it has been getting progressively worse anyway.

I had stomach pains in the night which woke me and went once I'd been to the toilet.

I'm worried - should I be?

Any bleeding?
Sounds like gastroenteritis to me ....

I'm 6&6 and I had this too in the middle of last night, I woke with really sharp pains near my bellybutton which went as soon as I went toilet. I did have Chana Masala and it was too spicy. I'm finding I am more sensitive to spice now. With my constant nausea I also wake up around 5 every morning with cramps not as bad as above which go once I've been toilet and eat a cracker. I think it's just the pregnancy messing with our digestive systems.

No bleeding thank God.

It's not a sign of miscarriage is it?

The abdominal pain... Is it epigastric (high up)? Or low down like a period pain?

I remember feeling really ill at your stage with my twins and at around 10 weeks I took myself to hospital because of the cramps and pains I was getting (didn't know it was twins at that point) and sickness was horrendous. Everything was fine though (I didn't have bleeding either)

I think pregnnacy does strange things to our bodies, especially with twins- try not to worry but if you are concerned seek medical advice.
