Has anyone been referred due to pregnancy? I've been before for non-Pregnancy related stuff before and found them very unsympathetic and all for the employer.

Anyone any experiences good or bad?

Depends on the company, I'd guess?? I'd think they'd do a risk assessment for you.

I spoke to our company's occupational health advisor when my midwife tried to refer me for physio for spd in pregnancy. I'd already had a risk assessment but she came and did another, specifically checking and adjusting my desk chair and gave me some supports to sit and lean on giving me a better posture. Also she managed to convince our HR department to pay for 6 sessions of private physiotherapy for me (usually this is only for specific work related injuries). Smile

I'm just nervous because the last time I went he was dismissing what i was saying and said things like "I know more about these things than you that's my job" and telling me what I actually meant . I think I know what I mean !! Sad

Anyway the same company but different dr so hoping this one is a bit nicer ?
