You are allowed to eat whatever you like.
If you mean what are the vaguely set out NHS guidelines towards eating in pregnancy, those change every few weeks. Honestly they've changed three times in this pregnancy alone. Even according to those - scrambled eggs are fine. Runny eggs are fine. Rare steak is fine. Parma ham is fine. Mayo is fine. Stilton is fine.
It's pretty much ALL fine.
