I hope someone can help. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and due to be in the U.S. on the ESTA programme for a few months of pregnancy, and in the U.S. on a visa (as a dependent on my husband's visa) as soon as I can travel after birth (all going well!).
I have an insurance policy that covers certain complications in pregnancy, but nothing more. Does anyone have any advice about getting antenatal care in the US, and costs; and also cover for newborn (incl. vaccinations) and costs?
