Mild SPD/PG aches and pains - best way to get up from floor?

I'm about 28w PG and I think I have mild SPD, although possibly it just counts as normal pregnancy aches and pains. For the most part I'm ok as long as I'm careful, for example how I turn over at night or sit down to get dressed, etc. However, when I've been sitting on the floor, I struggle to find a comfortable way to get back up again. This is quite a regular occurrence, as I'm the main carer for my toddler so need to do a certain amount of nappy changes, playing with him, putting shoes on and so on. Does anyone have any suggestions of things they found helpful? Thanks.

Hold your tummy muscles in and tuck in your bottom when getting up. That's what the physio told me and it seems to help.
